I was out driving when I saw one of Laura's signs in our neighborhood so I jotted her name and number down. My husband had previously interviewed :) two other agents. He did not feel they had the experience or the technical knowledge to sell our house quickly. I left a message for Laura and she called back within 10 minutes. We set up an appointment for the following day and I warned her that my husband would have lots of questions for her. She said that's fine I have lot's of answers. Once we met Laura we both knew this was the agent to sell our home.
 
Within two days we had a sign up with flyer's, within another day our house had its own web-site and was also listed on several other web-sites such as Realtor.com. It was also shown in the Sunday paper at least twice that we know of. Laura offered us an Open House and also a video tour of our house which we declined at that time.
 
Our house was only on the market for three weeks before selling. Laura was in touch with us almost every day to guide us through this process. My husband and I both credit Laura Ries and the reputation of Coldwell Banker for selling our home so quickly, especially in times like these.
